Bettnes - the obvious beach for locals in Umeå

Bettnessand, locally called Bettnes, is located south of Umeå in Sweden. This beautiful beach is an obvious choice for locals in Umeå when they want to work on their tan as much as on their beach volleyball smashes. Activity continues until long after the sun goes down (which it barely does at all in June/July!). The choice of Bettnes as the name of these fresh sunglasses is not just for this reason but also because the founders of E&E Glasses, Emilia and Eric, originally come from Umeå.
